Bikes purchased will be shipped out the following day. Please allow 5-7 business days to recieve your item. We will send you a Fedex tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

100% money back guarantee minus shipping and handling charges. $40 Shipping and handling charge is included in the price. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Return authorization number must be obtained by contacting us at vilanobikes@gmail.com. Please write the return authorization number on the box. Merchandise must be returned in original box and packing material and must be insured. Please allow 10-14 days from date of merchandise delivery to recieve your refund. We will only charge a 20% restocking fee if the bike shows any signs of wear or damage from improper packing or assembly.
